Dr. Jolaoso has held significant leadership positions in both corporate and professional organizations:
Nigerian Institute of Training and Development (NITAD):
She served as the President and Chairman of the Governing Council of the professional body responsible for regulating learning, training, and development practices in Nigeria.
International Federation of Training and Development Organizations (IFTDO):
She is a Board Member and Chair-Elect of IFTDO, an international non-profit organization dedicated to advancing human capital development globally. She also serves as Chair of the Committee for Youth and Women Empowerment and Entrepreneurship (CYWEE).
Corporate Career:
With over four decades of professional experience, she worked in various roles at companies such as Merck-Farmex and Evans Medical Plc, where she eventually became the Head of Human Resources before voluntarily retiring in 2003 to pursue entrepreneurship.

Dr. Jolaoso holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Microbiology from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) and an MBA in Human Resource Management from Lagos State University. She has also received an honorary “Woman of Merit Gold Award.”
